Question: I need help! (EASY 10 POINTS)!?
After I eat a big unhealthy meal (once every week) I eat a ton of unhealthy foods afterwords because I feel I can't mess up my diet anymore for that day, and I don't know how to stop this!

First of all I am NOT answering this for 10 points, I am uninterested in the points!. You sound like a compulsive eater, ask me how I know that, lol!. Right now, as soon as you read this, get up and do a workout of some sort!. You will send good endorphins out, get back a feeling of control and burn off some calories and boost the metabolism!. Any repetitive movements will do and you don't have to knock yourself out either!. Its a good thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well, I would try to keep the 'unhealthy' foods out of easy access!. I know that if I have to drive all the way to the store just to get some chocolate, it puts a damper on wanting somehting sweet!. I would try to find some alternative 'unhealthy' snacks that are a little less unhealthy, and then make some portions!. If you must eat chips, get the mini bags for ex!. I would also post a sign above your bed, saying 'Today is a new day!.' To remind you!.!.!. My sis allows herself one day, every sunday, to eat whatever she likes and have no regrets!. Maybe planning for an indulgent day will help to keep this breakdown to a minimum!. And it will give you the mental 'OK' to eat unhealthy once in a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
First of all, it's easier to eat healthier rather than being on a diet!.
Start with the "replacement method":
white rice replace with brown rice
white bread replace with whole grain breads/bagels
white pastas replace with whole grain pastas
milk replace with hemp or soy or rice milk
add ground flax seed on your cereal
increase the amount of fruits and veggies you eat
Try new foods, tofu, Temph, Textured Vegetable Protein etc
reduce the amount of red meat you eat, 8oz of red meat has 2250 calories, you see how calories can add up if you don't pay attention!.

If it takes 3 pieces of chocolate to satisfy a craving go ahead and have it; however if you eat 2 chocolate bars in one sitting then the problem can be emotional!

well, when you feel stressed out, many people like yourself "stress eat!." i used to ALWAYS do that too!. but, a way you can stop this is by before you eat the meal, try drinking a full cup/ glass of water!. this way, you will be partially full and not need to eat as much food!. try going on a walk or chewing a piece of gum to keep yourself busy!. just get active! hope this helps!!!!

I usually eat just because I am bored!. What i did to stop this is like others said drink water before eating to make sure you are actually hungry and if this doesn't help do what i do!. I found that chewing gum did not help in any way so i began to suck on lemon juice!. This made me stop being bored and also prevented me from wanting to eat anything else for a few hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
drink water wont help unless u start from the begining of the day!. chewing gum will help though!. the best thing to do is to not put ur self in that kind of situation and if you do happen to be in that sort of situation you need to get out of it fast and use perserverance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
