How many grams of fat should i be aiming at on a diet?!
Question: How many grams of fat should i be aiming at on a diet!?
im a 21 year old women and want to loose a bit of weight, im not huge but im a little bigger then i want to be!. my friend thinks 10grams of fat a day is the right amount on a diet but i think this sounds a little low especially seeing a a stick of celary contains 0!.5grams of fat!

Answers:
Stay away from unfermented soy products because they can lower body iodine and potentially affect your thyroid and sex hormones!. Also try to avoid fluoride (toothpaste, mouthwash, etc) and bromide (commercially made bread, etc) as they can also lower body iodine!.
It's best to eat real butter and whole milk (raw preferably) rather than fat reduced products - fat makes good cholerstoral which goes into making or hormones, etc!. What to avoid are the carbs from white breads, potatoes, pastas, etc!. Get your carbs from non-cruceferoud vegetables and whole raw milk/butter/cheese!.
A wonderful diet would be a protein, a green vegetable, and a glass of milk!. Make sure you eat a lot of fish, too!.

There is no "set" number, because everyone is different!. Your best bet is actually to use a percentage of your total intake!.
