Burning calories?!

Burning calories?

Ive been told to cut calories and work out so lets say i consume 1500 Calories. how am i supposed to burn that 1500?


Answers:

You don't burn all 1500 calories in one exercise session. It doesn't work that way, and would be unhealthy if you even tried. The trick is that, if you consumte 1500 calores, and 1500 calories is what it takes to maintain your body's current needs, then you would need to find an activity that burns about (for example) 300 calories in that same time period in order to begin to achieve a healthy weight loss.
