My sweet tooth has control over me! Help!?!


Question: My sweet tooth has control over me! Help!!?
I am exercising 6 days a week at the gym, and I eat healthy meals like baked chicken, sauteed zucchini and brown rice, for example!. I do not eat fast food!. I do not smoke!. I eat on a regular schedule everyday and always eat breakfast!.
But I have a sweet tooth that's like a demon inside me that must be satisfied! I just devoured a Snickers bar!
No, I am not undereating, and I don't wait until I'm starving and then binge at meals!. No matter how much or how little I eat, I still want those sugary treats!. Ice cream, cake, chocolate!. Once I eat it, I feel fine!. Great, in fact!.
I want to kill these urges! Has anyone with a sweet tooth like mine successfully kicked it!? I'm not overweight, but I want to be healthier and save my teeth!. I have been eating sweets since the day I was born!. Unless I'm sick and vomiting, a day NEVER goes by that I don't eat a sweet treat or two!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I have sweet cravings too but I have learnt to subsitute them with healtheir things!. Sometimes if thats not an option, reducing the portion works fine!.

When outside, yogenfruz is a great dessert choice!. Healthy and yummy!

I usually bake cake, healthy muffins and cheesecakes (with fat free cottage cheese) at home!.!. This way I know whats in it and I substitute oil and fat for reduced fatty things(apple sauce for oil, fat free yogurt for eggs etc) and it works fine!.

Something that's helped me a lot is a series of books written by a doctor that is a list of foods that are good or bad for various blood types!. I've found that if I eat something on the bad list for my blood type that I immediately crave sugar!.

I believe that eating the majority of foods that are on the positive list for my blood type has given me the balance I've always wanted and needed and it's helped me totally and completely!.

The best book of the series in my opinion (or at least the one that has the least confusing lists) is Cook Right For Your Type!.
