Is there a way for a woman to complete P90X without becoming too thick?!


Question: Is there a way for a woman to complete P90X without becoming too thick!?
I already have an athletic build but would like to work a little on toning!. Is P90X suitable for this!? I don't want to become bulky!. Is there any way to tone down the excercise (besides using lighter weights) I haven;t started yet so I don;t really know what it;s all about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Absolutely! There actually are three different programs to P90X!. I am currently following the Classic version, while my wife is following the Lean version!. Plus during the work outs, Tony constantly reminds you of what you are working for, 8-10 reps for size and bulk, 12-15 reps long and lean, etc!.!.!.

You really don't want to tone down the exercises, you want to push yourself as hard as possible and let it all hang out!.
