Why does my belly swell so badly when I eat or drink a little?!

Question: Why does my belly swell so badly when I eat or drink a little!?
I eat several small, vegetarian meals a day!. When I wake up in the morning, my belly is not really fat, but not toned either!.

But when I drink a little water or juice, eat a little food my belly swells like someone malnourished or something!. It is really gross!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're only eating vegetarian, are you getting enough protein!? Too many sweet carbs in fruit could be doing this too you!. Plus, never skimp on water! Opt for water before juices and pop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
