How well have I eaten so far today?

Can you please check my food tracker and let me know how well you think I'm doing today?

I feel like I'm eating too much bread. Any other suggestions??


Answers:

You really need more fruits and vegetables. You should eat a half cup of grapes for a serving and you need five servings of fruits/vegetables per day (all 1/2 cup). You are also eating too much fat. The mayonnaise was enough fat for the entire day. If you try light mayo, though, you can have twice that amount. Try two regular slices of bread a day or substitute one for a half cup of rice or a 3 oz. potato. Whole grains are by far the best option. You probably need another cup of milk too, and lots of water. Good try though.
