What should I eat for breakfast tomorrow?!


Question: What should I eat for breakfast tomorrow!?
I'm thinking either plain cheerios
or
All Natural Gronola Cereal (has almonds,honey,and raisins)
Which should I have!?

Whatever you want!? =] Both of those are healthy, and as long as you eat the recommended servings, you are fine!. I would suggest the granola cereal because it's going to satisfy you more taste wise!. Chew every bite well so you are satisfied when you are finished with the bowl!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
