Does green tea burn calories?!


Question: Does green tea burn calories!?
i eat ALOT, probably way too much, but im 62-3 Kg, i drink around 3-4 cups of green tea per day and i was told that is why my weight stays the same

so is it true that the green tea will help keep me in shape and make me eat so much!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it doesn't burn the calories btu as far as i know green tea actually contains no calories, so it's still a great way to avoid gaining weight!.!.!.age would also play a part if you're still young with a strong metabolismWww@Answer-Health@Com

Green Tea does help burn calories and helps w/ higher your metabolism but you have to put an effort to jump start and maintain its effectiveness with some exercise!.

I probably lost 15 pounds after 3 months of drinking 2 cups of green tea a day!. But also running for 30 mins once or twice a week!. I wasn't in the mood to loose weight completely but I was surprised with the outcome either way!.
