I Have a Bikeride Work out, i burn 370 Calories
I Lift Weights, I burn 100 Cal
1530 Calories Are Left.
Do i gain weight?????

Take that number and subtract about 300. If you burn 2000, then take away 300=1700. So eat 1700 calories to lose weight. never go below 1200 calories per day or your metabolism will slow down
