How do I stay motivated when I am on a work out program?!


Question: How do I stay motivated when I am on a work out program!?
I am on a work out and diet program!. 1200 - 1500 calories a day one hour work out 6 days / week!.
I found it so hard to stick to it!. I am about to give up !. All I want is to eat junk food!.

go to youtube and look for an exercise demonstration or something like that and watch it for a little while!. Humans are programmed to copy other humans so if you watch this for a while you will get motivated and feel like you have to get up and do something!. I do this a lot because I get lazy too!. Do it with a friend if this doesnt work or just force yourself to do it and eventually it will become part ofyour schedual and youll feel like youve forgot something if you dont do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to think about the reason you started the diet!. Also think about health issues!. I really don't know your whole story but don't give up its really hard to change your eating habits and to even start a diet is very good thing!. So good luck I hope i helped you out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

!.well what you could do is that when you are working out bring a i pod or something to keep you movited and the music does and for the food if you want to eat junk food just eat the ones that are only 100 calories like special k and those 100 calories bitesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, is there any one thing that wants to make you lose weight!? For example for me sometimes I don't wanna work on my website or fly across the country for a photo shoot!. But, I look at pics of Dita Von Teese who's a big insperation for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put pictures of fitness models you would like to look like on your fridge and cupboards!. When you go to get the junk food, you'll look at the pictures and will get motivated to eat healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to incorporate any types of exercise you enjoy!.

Take your mp3 player with you (doesn't work too we'll if you are swimming!)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
