How to lose weight besides working out?!
Question: How to lose weight besides working out!?
I'm in college and I have a semi-active lifestyle!. I ride bikes, play touch football, and run decently often!. My legs and arms are semi-toned with no fat, but my body is a little mushy; mostly in my chest (which has a large ball of muscle underneath) and stomach region, even though my waist is small!. I don't drink often, and I try to eat a decent diet!. This summer I will be working about 60 hours a week, so my time for exercise will diminish!. What is a way to lose some of this excess flab when I don't have time to workout (especially because I have it even when I work out)!? I don't want to lose muscle via this method, just the flab!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

working may be a good exercise in itself if its not a desk job!. maybe do those 10 minute solutions videos or something before bed - you get a little work out but not too sweaty (so you could skip the shower!.!.!.!.)!. do toning things too like squats, lunges, etc!. i don't think there's an easy way to get rid of it by not working out, especially since you had flab when you were working out!. try speeding your metabolism up a bit - eat breakfast - ALWAYS! try to eat small portions every 3-5 hrs in a day and maybe jump start your morning by doing 25 jumping jacks or however your body handles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get your nutrition in order - eat less take aways, junk food and drink less soda drinks/energy drinks!.
