How can i BURN 1400 Cal's a day.?
I am trying to loose weight but the articules say that i have burn more caleries then i eat.I HAVE to eat 1400 becuase then i wont be starve.Staring on tuesday and wedsnesday i well dance for about 1 hour.I go to the gym 3 times a week.I also think that i am not loosing weaght becuase i dont know what to eat for dinner.There are no easy healthy recipes.I atleast want to loose 8 pounds by agust.sorry 4 my speeling

when they say you have to burn more than your taking in to lose weight, they don't mean that you have to actually burn off 1400 calories at the gym. You burn a lot of calories just being alive, and going about your day.
Just remember, that 1 pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories, and its a lot easier to take in 3500 calories than it is to burn off 3500 calories, so be patient, it will take time. Also, every calorie counts!! It only takes 500 extra calories a day to gain a pound every week..so watch what you eat (dressings, toppings, sodas, sauces) they really do have a big impact on your weight.
There are plenty of easy healthy recipes for food, its kind of common sense..if you eat raw fruits, veggies, ect. you will be healthy and lose weight. You might want to eat a bigger breakfast, and a smaller dinner..that way you will be burning off the food you ate while your going about your day.
