So self conscious, is 151 pounds and being 5'7 fat?

I exercise almost every day, whether it be walking/jogging for a half hour or doing crunches and sit-ups with a few other work-outs, and I do eat fairly healthy. My legs are literally all muscle, I flex them and you can bearly pinch skin. My stomach is rock hard if I flex but there's like this layer of fat, and when I walk it jiggles ahhh it grosses me out so bad but I try and work out to lose weight but I can't seem to lose anything. Could this mean that I'm the right size for my height and that's the size I should remain at?


Answers:

Muscle weights more than fat. Sounds like you are fine at the weight you are at. The girls above who said you are on the cusp of being over weight for your size are wrong, especially the one who said the ideal weight for someone your height starts at 102 - yeah if she's anorexic! Anyhow, I think you weigh more because you are strong - which is a good thing.
