Question: What Is A Good Way to Lose About 30-40 Pounds!?
okay!. i'm 15, 5'1'' and about 151 pounds!. i would like to lose between 30 and 40 pounds by the beginning of school next year!. not just so i look better, but so im healthier!. i'm at risk for a lot of problems just from genetics, and i'd like to lower that as much as i can!.
*what are some good foods to eat while dieting!? are there any foods that will actually burn more calories than they contain!? any that will really help with weight loss!?
*what are some good ways to boost metabolism!?
*what kinds of exercises should i do!? i have a treadmill, elliptical, bowflex, bike, and one of those stair stepper things!.
*how long should i work out for and how often should i work out!?
*is it true that apple cider vinegar helps with weight loss!? if so, how!? what do i do!?
*any other tips!? please dont say "eat right and exercise"!. i already know that!. i need specifics!. and please dont tell me about weight loss pills or something!. i dont want them!. i wanna do this naturally!. in a healthy way!.
