Should i start toning?!


Question: Should i start toning!?
im 5'4 i used to weight 186 now i weigh like 158!.!.!.i want to weigh around 125 or 120!. soo should i continue to lose the weight by walking and jogging or can i start doing pilates to tone!?

can i start toning!? & if you have any tips on getting to my goal weight that would be great!.

You should do cardio (jogging, jump roping, biking, hiking, etc) as well as toning!. Putting the two together is very effective!. You won't get very far if you eliminate cardio, because it is necessary to burn fat, and toning is necessary to sculpt your muscles!.
