17 years old, 5'4.. 112 lbs. too much?!


Question: 17 years old, 5'4!.!. 112 lbs!. too much!?
i realize that i am 112 lbs!. and i am fortunate to weigh that much!.!. compared to some people!. but lately a lot of people have been telling me that i have a gut and i could look like i am 2 months prego!. including my boyfriend!. theres not a day that goes by that i dont think about becoming anorexic!. but i know thats no the right thing to do!. i just dont know how to start!. i tried to start running but i dont have the ambition to do it every day!. how can i get going!? i am constantly comparing myself to models and skinny girls and i would die to look like them but i dont have a clue on what is good to eat or even a website that could help me get started!? it just seems like everything out there is for adults!.!. i need help!. im seriously interested!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, if you are that thin and you are just getting some belly fat, then it is mostly likely a result of bad eating habits!.

seriously, if you are eating junk food on a daily basis and not excerising then you will start to gain weight on your stomach!.

Oh, when this happen and you tried to become and anorexic, it won't help you lose the belly fat!. First you'll lose everything all over your body before the belly fat so I don't recommend being and anorexic!. You'll destroy your entire body at the same time!.

Just eat better!. Less carb, more proteins, vegetables, and cut down on the fast foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't ever compare yourself to anyone!. models are dying from being too skinny!. just get some exercise and eat right and you'll lose your tummy!. you don't have to run!. you can go for a walk or ride a bicycle or put on some music and dance!. just don't ruin your health by becoming anorexic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, don't do anything drastic to your body!. try some situps and maybe do some walking!.!.!.don't resort to throwing your food up to lose weight!.

Good to eat!.!.!.start with special K cereal and a banana for breakfast!. Don't eat junk for lunch and stay away from soda and gatorade!.

my suggestion is to go to curves for women!. they can do a body fat analysis and get your BMI and they can help you get on the right path for a healthy weight for your height!. They helped me go from 212lbs to 155lbs!. I am not saying that everyone will have results like me, but they are the only ones who I found to actually help!.
