honestly, i've been doing a lot of research on how to lose weight by a certain date!. and, what i've come up with is that:

dont drink so much soda; the sugar is just insane and that's an instant weight gaining resource!.
try taking one 30min-1 hour walk a day, for about a week!. then step it up to jogging!. then running the next week!.
eat three small portions of meals a day, with two healthy snacks inbetween!. (an apple, some carrots and dip!. anything like that!.)
as much as you need breads and cheeses, don't over do it!. it's pure fat!
excersise; my school offers an hour long yoga/pilates/weight room class!. 5 days a week!. and, even though yoga may not seem like much, it really helps you gain muscle, and stretch muscles and bones that can help you run faster!.

Sugary foods; cut down on them! if you feel the need to, have ONE poptart or something!. and save the second for the next day!. reminder, poptarts are PURE fat also!. so, i don't suggest that being your sugary food!.

energy drinks; horrible for your health and weight!. dont drink them at all, and if you are going to drink them, drink half of a regular size can one day, and the other half the next!. (did you know eight monsters in one day can kill you!?)

Unfortunately there is no magic pill that you can take to lose 10 pounds in one month!.!.

Don't believe in the fads and infomercials!.!.!.

Sorry if this wasn't what you wanted to hear, but the only sure way to make sure you have a healthy, attractive body is by changing your lifestyle!.!.

Diet is definitely most important!.

You would need to fit in some excersise as well though!.

Don't try to lose 10 pounds in one month, i know it may be tempting before summer, but a sudden drop in weight like that would be unhealthy and you will very likely gain the weight back!.

In addition, losing weight that fast would mess with other things liek your complexion!.

Change your lifestyle, eat well and play hard!.

Eat extremely healthy and get tons of excersize!. It actually works, thats the only way i can lose weight!. Eat lots of healthy cereals, fruits and vegies, and drink water!. Dont cheat and try to stay under 1000 calories a day!. Excersize regularly for about and hour every day, like running, pilates, or working out at the gym!. I run alot and it really helps keep my weight down!

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.
