Healthy Mexican Food?!

Question:

Healthy Mexican Food?

I'm on a diet and we are getting ready to go out to an authentic Mexican Restaraunt. What would be considered semi-healthy? What about a chicken quesadilla with no cheese and just salsa? Or something along those lines?

Answers:

Bean and rice are healthy. Stay away from red meat (carne asada, for example), and stick with chicken. Guacamole, while good for you, is fattening. Any of the salsas should be good for you; tomatoes and onions. Unless you know the cheese is low-fat, I would avoid it.
