Question: Workout Question!. 10 pts!.!?
Today at the gym I was going to go on the elliptical because it burns more calories I was going to go on it for about 30 min!. Should I do it for an hour instead or just 30 min and swtich it up!? and if i do for about 30 min what other machine should I go on!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you don't believe me, go 30 minutes on the elliptical and putting on a constant speed and resistance level so that you burn 700 cals/hr!.!.!. now go on a treadmill for 30 mintues the next day, and put it on a constant speed so that you burn 700 cals/hr!.!.!.
which one is more tiring!?

elliptical is only good for not hurting your knees and back from the impact of jogging!. it does not burn more!.

and to answer your question, any machine is good enough!.!.!. elliptical for an hour, bike for half an hour and elliptic for half an hour!.!.!. it won't make much of a difference if you're exerting the same amount of effort

personally, i like the elliptical and the stair stepper the most!. you shoudl do at least 30 minutes to really benefit from it at least 2-3 times a week!. if you are unable to do that now, start small and work your way up!. I hate working out, but i've been really trying to go!. before i would get bored and tired after 15 minutes!. now i do 30 mins on the elliptical and 15 on the stair stepper!. i don't like treadmill because of the impact and the bike is just!.!.!.boring to me!.
but if you can, go swimming instead!. the resistance in water will give you a much greater workout!. i go swimming for 45 mins with minimum rest time!. i do 3 laps and rest for about half a minute to a minute and repeat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
