If I eat a good breakfast is it less likely to eat more in the afternoon?!

Question: If I eat a good breakfast is it less likely to eat more in the afternoon!?
Im on a 1300 calorie diet and I eat Oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast and lunch and a salad with chopped porkchop!. What happens is that I tend to have cravings(sometimes even when Im full) and after I eat my mouth feels like it has to be chewing something (kinda weird)!. For breakfast, does eating 3 scrambled eggs sound good!.
But anyways is it better to eat more in the morning, so u dont overeat later in the afternoon!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, eating a big breakfast will keep you from overeating and also raise your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The trick is to eat three small meals a day and snack in between!. Snack on fruits and vegetables!. Your diet right now sounds good, and if you need to chew on something chew on gum!. Sugarless is best, but keep in mind it can irritate your stomach if you chew too much!. Try hard candies like werthers, or jolly ranchers!. Just don't eat too many!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
