This is an achievable goal!. Without details of where you are now, take the following as general advice!.!.!.

-- Do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, this is when your glycogen stores are depleted and will force your body to pull from your fat stores for energy!. This will give your metabolism a boost early in the morning and help regulate your apetite for the day!.

-- Look up High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for you cardio!. This can be adopted to any type of cardio (running, elliptical, bike, etc)

-- Wait for about 45 min to 1 hr before eating after your cardio to allow for further fat metabolism!.

-- Make sure that you are drinking more water than you think you need!. I would suggest to start out at about 3/4 gallon!. This is going to make sure that your body doesn't hold any excess water!. If you drink to little water, you body will actually hold extra water as a survival mechanism!.

-- Work your abs every other day at most just as you would with any other muscle

-- As mentioned previously, aim for 4-6 small meals/ snacks perday evenly spaced!. This will keep your metabolism level up!.

-- and finally, your diet is going to have to be a major focal point as this WILL make or break your goal!

Keep focused on your goals and your head high!

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Very, very possible!. But you have to give your diet as much importance as your exercise program!.
If a client raised this as a goal, I would recommend that they immediately start doing 60 mins of cardio every day, along with 45 mins!. of strenght training 3 to 4 times a week!. I would also have them carb count and have between 260 to 300 grams of carbs a day, no more than 40 grams of essential fats, and 200+ grams of protein a day!. And if they were going to "splurge" and overeat, to do it with high protein foods, not high carb foods!.
As for abs!., I do them everyday!. If you are trying to build mass in your abs!., then stick to 3 or 4 times a week!. If you are looking for definition, there is nothing wrong with doing 10 to 15 mins of continuous ab work daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the healthiest amount of weight 2 lose is 2lbs a week (and this way its easier 2 keep it off) losing weight is just burning off more calories than u consume!. so 4 the next 3 weeks calorie count and aim 2 eat about 1200 a day and make sure u do about an hour exercise a day (givin urself maybe a days break inbetween tho)- maybe go 4 a job and try swimming as this is very good 2 lose weight!. get a fitness dvd as they r fun 2 do and u il notice a difference!. watch wat u eat and keep the fitness at a high intensity and u wil soon lose weight in 3 weeks :) xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, I have done this!. It takes a strict diet and exercise routine!. I pretty much just ate steamed veggies, boiled/grilled chiken breast and brown rice!. I spent anywhere from 1 -3 hours per day working out, cardio every day and rotated toning exercises - legs 1 day, uppper body, abs and buns!.!.!. 1 per day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
