Question: Boddddy (Picturee here!)!?
Can i get to this body by eating around 900 cals a day!?
But those 900 cals with be sure to include, calcium, protein, fish, i'm going to take a vitamin, etc!. And yess i know that it isn't a permanent solution, but i am doing this as a short term thing, so don't tell me about how crash diets are so bad!.
I am 5'9 and currently 135!.5 pounds!. I started my diet today and have had exactly 900 cals!. and burned 70 cals on the treadmill after school and am planning on burning another 100 cals be4 bed!.!.and i did 10 mins of pilate abs!.

For the record!.!.i have a naturally small frame, so that wont be an issue!.!.just losing extra fat and all that!.

At your height and weight, you do NOT need to lose weight!. You need to TONE your body!. Please do not go on a diet with this low of calories without being under a doctors supervision!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit-ups are really good for getting a tummy liek that!. Its going to take more than a month to get a bod like that, hun!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not healthy for someone your height to eat less than 1200 calories per day!. You will be lacking important nutrients and will be jeopardizing your immune system!. The sorry thing is that after a month, you'll probably still think you're too fat, because you have a poor self-mage!. At 5'9", 135 pounds is fine!. If you want to improve your body, eat what you're currently eating, but get off your butt more!. Give up TV and get out and run an hour day or some other aerobic exercise!. Try using small weights to tone up the areas you are concerned about most!.

Also, stop weighing yourself, and concentrate on inches!. Lean muscle weighs more than fat, but looks a lot better!. You could actually gain a little weight and still look like you want!.

If you insist on starving yourself, please speak to a doctor to ensure you're getting as much nutrition as you can!. He may want to evaluate you for anorexia, since that kind of plan is how it starts!.
