I feel chubbier from my stomach..am i gaining inches although my weight is same !


Question: I feel chubbier from my stomach!.!.am i gaining inches although my weight is same 120 lbs !?
im 5'4,120lbs!.i hav lost 10 lbs 3 mnths ago by regular workout & dietplan widout missin a day for 6 weeks & after loosing it i just wanted 2 maintained the weight cause i feel fine!.so started workinout 3 times/week and eating normally!. BUT since 3 weeks i hav stopped working out and eating normally(like whatever is cooked and sometimes i take chocolates,soda & cookies if i feel like!.!.but not too much but yeah more than i used to eat when i was consious of my weight)Right now i weight the same 120 lbs(varies b/w 120-123lbs) BUT i feel chubbier from my STOMACH,BREASTS, SHOULDERS & ARMS!.And face!.legs,butts feels the same-toned!
am i gaining fat!? inches!? how much fat cud i hav gained in 3 weeks without workout PLUS eating n chilling !?
And if YES then
HOW much time will it take me to reduce it again if i workout regularly every day for 1 hour including cardio/roping/weight lifting for toning/watching my diet/drinking lots of water/eatin fruits n veggies!.!.starting from today !?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you're very active you can eat like a horse and not get fat!. (it's actually a good idea to eat lots so you have more energy and get more goodness into your muscles to help firm up)!. But as long as you're not doing anything you have to cut down on calories a bit or you will start to put on fat again - and if you don't do any exercise for too long your muscles will soften, regardless of diet!.

But it's also possible that it's a hormonal thing and you're just retaining a little extra water this week - or any number of other things!. Our bodies go through changes all the time and we just don't usually notice !.!.!. you may not have actually put on any fat at all and could be back to normal by the end of the week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could have just lost muscle tone!.
Since muscle weighs more than fat, it could have easily been turned into fat !.!.without you gaining a pound!.

ive been where you are before, and as soon as i stopped drinking lattes and diet coke & started working out [doing crunches, yoga, and taking short walks] i instantly felt & looked less 'chubby', and only lost about 2 pounds!.

It shouldn't take that much time, just watch what you eat!.!.!.make sure its good!
