Protein shakes general info?!


Question: Protein shakes general info!?
so i have little knowledge of nutrition when it comes to shakes,ya know the ones you see at your local gym!. im currently looking to lose a small amount of weight and then tone up,im near my ideal weight and have a flat stomach which im looking to tone and get definition in!. i was wondering if any of these shakes would be for me!? i was under the impression that these shakes made you put on weight but i was recently told that thats not the case!! anyone got any information-help on this!?

also do these protein shakes replace a meal or are they aswell as a meal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, protein shakes can help you to lose weight but it depends on how you use them!.
If you do following you guarantee your muscle definition:
- follow healthy diet - eat protein food, food that contains "slow" carbs and unsaturated fat!.
- workout 3-4 times per week - full body workout + cardio
- drink protein shakes to load with quality proteins - protein is muscles' food!.

If you continue to eat junk food and not doing exercises, drinking protein shakes will not help you!.
