No energy to exercise anymore.... how comes?!


Question: No energy to exercise anymore!.!.!.!. how comes!?
Since Saturday I've decided to do something about loseing weight!.
I've been eating healthy!. No perticular diet or anything (I'm vegan by the way) Just eating lots of fruit, veg!.!.!.etc
Been doing an hour exercise each day on the trampoline and bike plus going for long walks!.

I feel like I have no more energy!.!.!. these last 2 days now I've been doing less exercise and instead am feeling more tired!.

I thought it would be the other way around!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Energy comes from protein!. You don't get protein from vegetables and fruits!.

I believe you can get protein from mushrooms, nuts, tofu and legumes (beans), but you probably need another Vegan to address it better than I can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the more you exercise, the more energetic you will feel!.!.!. EVENTUALLY!.
It does tire you out in the beginning!. Your first couple of days you were on a high, but now you're plateau-ing!. Just keep up the good exercise habits, and eventually you'll be feeling less fatigued!.

No, not at all!. Dieting makes people tired!. It even gives some people headaches!. You won't start feeling good (on a consistent basis) until you reach your ideal weight and stop losing!. I mean, once your intake and burning gets balanced!.

Are you sure you're getting enough protein!? Nuts and beans can provide a lot of that, even in small portions!. Do you eat fish!? 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight!. I suppose you're getting some carbs from the veggies, but you might want to make sure you get some whole grains in there!. Carbs will give you more energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds to me like you've been overdoing it for someone just getting into an exercise routine!. I think for the first week you should exercise 30-45 minutes and add 10-15 each week until you reach the level of activity you desire!. Additionally, your body does need some rest/recovery time so make sure to take one or two days "off" a week!.
You will start to feel more energy rather than less once you stop overdoing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You started a routine now you just need to stick with it!. Try switching up what routines you do!. Exercising is a lifestyle not just a thing you do once or twice a week!. I don't like going to gyms because I feel like I wait around for equipment more than getting in a workout!. Try doing P90X!. Its only about an hour a day and you can do it in your house!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

an hour for excersizes per day is very normal!. the reason that u r tired is that your muscles have not got used to exersizes yet!. I would advice you to start from 10 minutes of exersizes and than increase it for 5 when everytime 2 days pass!. Follow my advice I know what I say I am a dancer:):)
