I am 5'0 and i am 13? short?
lots of people tell me that i am short? am i really? do you think that i will still grow? my mom is about 4'10 and dad is about 5'5. is there anything that would make me taller?

i'm so glad you asked this question.. i myself was 5'0 when i was 13 and i had trouble with it aswell.. and my parents are short, just as yours are. embrace your height; think about it, would you really like to be height to height with your boyfriend, or even taller? and besides, tall, lanky girls lack personality--it's always the short ones who are passionate ;). anyway, now i'm about 5'2" and i asked the doctor what i could do to ensure that i grew to my full potential and he told me to sleep alot and eat alot. this summer, i've been sleepin about 13 hours a day and i already grew a couple of centimeters! just make sure you don't lack any vitamins or minerals, and get lots of sleep and i'm sure you'll grow another couple of centimeters and even make it to 5'2" potentially:D love your height xx
