Question: How can i lose weight from the my knees all the way up to my neck!?
how can i lose weight in my thighs!. i hate sitting down and my things looking enormous, ho can i lose weight in my stomach/abdomen area and how can i lose weight in my upper chest i want to get rid of man breastsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Nothing beats fast walking five days a week 1hour this way and 1 hour back for all those areas you are having problems with!. Sip on water as you walk so you won't get dehydrated!.
Wanna fill your lungs with oxygen, take in deep breaths and exhale slowly!.
In two weeks you should see the lost but only if you are faithful to do the walking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest squats and push ups!. Or if you are able, go to a gym and have a trainer work with you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
