Fast Biceps?!


Question: Fast Biceps!?
Hey I want some pretty big biceps but the thing is that i don't have a bench things to do curls on!. what I'm doing now is putting whatever I can into a bag to weigh 15 lbs!. then while im standing up pick up the bag bend the elbow all the way up like a flexing position but almost touching the shoulder!.
I need help is this ok!?!?!? what other things should i do!?!?!?

Do exactly what you're doing!. Just be sure to keep your elbow stationary or else you won't get anything out of it!. Lock your shoulders also!. You can do that by rolling your shoulders back in a circular shape!. That way they don't go forward when you try to lift and you're putting all of the weight on your biceps!. Keep your back straight too!. Also, when you get it all the way to your shoulder, flex your muscle as much as you can!. That way you're using it to its full capacity!. Also, try doing that from a seated position where you have the bag hanging to your side then you raise it all the way up!. Be sure to keep your back straight, shoulders locked, and elbows stationary with this also!. Those are the only things that really work!. Things such as push ups are more aimed at pectoral muscles rather than biceps!. Dips are aimed for triceps, not biceps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Chair dips!.!.!.!.or just dips!. Stand between two bars/chairs, hold yourself up with your arms and lower yourself with feet off the ground!. Hold, and then raise yourself!. Really works those bi's/ and tri's out good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
