everybody here is saying to eat!. your not going to get bigger if you eat candy and chocolate!. there are specific things you have to eat!. milk,cheese,beef, lean meats like chicken breast if you want to get cut!. work out with weights,bench pressing,curling,etc!. also do squats (those are important)!. eat alot of carbs too!. remember to work out alot too, or else the food is going straight to your gut!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
