Nutrition needs?

im 12 and have a really bad diet, i dont eat n e veggies and very few fruits. im very active and play many sports. if im not healthy i cant play sports. my question is how can i be healthier(diet wise) withouth altering my diet.




ps i eat things like spagetios raman noodles (im not fat im 104 lbs) ijust want to be healthy
