Stop worrying on that score and

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

Do not! what ever you do put the weight on with junk food, avoid all things that have aditives, artificial,any and all sorts of food coloring,, stay away from trans fats,and saturated fats, so all sausages,salami, cured meats in jeneral are not the answer, think of Sumo wrestlers they eat a big stew of vegetables, tofu, mushrooms,meat ,fish,chicken, and they do pack it on ,!.!.!.!.!. the way to go western style would be a stew with sides of fries, bread, and pasta, you start doing that with large portions and you will put it on in a healthy sort of way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok!. I will suggest something, but everybody ignores me when I say this, but this really is the way to gain weight fast!. They make a pill called cyproheptadine!. I was 6"3 and weighed 140 lbs at 21 years old!. The doctor prescribed me this pill which caused me to eat alot more than I normally do and I gained 20 lbs in 2 weeks (Im not lying)!. Its completely healthy to take the pill if you only take it for a short time because eating that much is not healthy over time, but for 2 weeks, it will work and there is no danger!. Its a pill they make for rashes, but people without rashes can take it to gain weight since the main side effect is that it makes you really hungry without burning metabolism!. Once you gain all the fat, you can turn it into muscle by lifting weights or exercising until you are fit but not skinny!. You know, I have mentioned this to people on here before, and they listen to people who talk about what kinds of food to eat, but it doesnt matter what kind of foods to eat if your appetite will not allow you to eat more than your body normally does!.I could always eat alot and never had an appetite problem!. I ate more than most people and still never gained weight!. The pills increased my appetite to a point that I would never have been able to reach without them though!. I mean it made me REALLY hungry!. During those 2 weeks I ate about 12 frozen dinners a day (mostly macaroni type meals) and a bunch of vegetables too!. It did cost me alot of money just buying all that food but it was worth it!. You need to increase your appetite I believe!. This worked for me and it took me 7 years of trying everything before I finally came across something that actually worked!. The pills make you tired too though!. They made me real tired and lazy, but it works if you are really desperate to gain weight!. They prescribe them at the weight gain clinic in los angeles but you can get them prescribed by any normal doctor!. You should eat lots of pastas!. Meat is highly acidic so its not really good to eat too much of it!. Cream Corn, fried onions, broiled carrots, Peanut butter, Ice Cream for a month!.
