Question: Great ways to loose weight without exercise!?!?
Great ways to loose weight without exercise!?!? I dont have time due to work commitments!. I have tried to reduce the food I eat and gone through the eating healthy stage, but Im always left hungry and end up snacking all the time which is one of the main causes of weight gain!.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!.

I hope you have read and taken to heart all the above posts, since they are the right answers!.

If you like meat, eggs, etc!. you will lose weight on the Atkins/South Beach etc!. diet!.

I am an absolute meat freak, hate vegetables and fruit, so it was relatively easy for me because my diet is already bad!.

But you do have to drop anything with carbohydrates, that doesn't mean just bread and potatoes, but everything, sugar, ice cream, ketchup etc!. And you do have to drink lots of water - lots of it like at least 3 quarts a day minimum!.

You still have to make sure you eat 3 meals a day or you will be hungry and start cheating!. But you can have three cheeseburgers at lunch and as long as there is no bread or soda or anything else with them, you should feel full and you will lose weight!.

There are carbos in just about everything, so you have to be real careful because your max 30 carbos per day can be gone very quickly!. Just as with any diet, you need to keep track of what you are eating that has carbos!. When they say you can have 10 peanuts as a snack, it means 10 not eleven or 12 or 20!.

If you stick to that you will lose weight without exercise!.

It will raise your bad cholesterol, but it will also raise your good cholesterol!. School is out on how much those will wash each other!. That didn't satisfy my Dr!. and after loosing 50lb's in 2 years, I gained nearly all of it back as I gently slid back into my old habits, in order to lower my bad cholesterol!.

This diet only works if you don't like vegetables and fruit already anyhow, and don't mind giving up the sweets, bread and condiments (no ketchup on those 3 cheeseburgers)!. If you like vegetables and fruit it will be one more thing that you have to give up that will make it that much harder to stick to!. There are some fruits and vegetables you can eat, but you have to be very careful and check each one, and have very limited choices for salad dressings!.

My daily menu was 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and 4 slices of bacon for breakfast, a turkey cheeseburger for lunch, some form of chicken, turkey, beef or pork for dinner!. All of that you can eat is fine, but no carbos!.

I can already hear anyone that is reading this screaming - but it does work and that's what you asked!

Technically there are no healthy ways to lose weight without diet and exercise!. You could try diet pills but even with this you will still have to change your eating habits!. The best way to lose weight is to eat several small meals throughout the day!. Eat breakfast, a snack, lunch, a snack, dinner, and a snack before bed!. This will keep your metabolism going!. If you try to lose weight without diet and exercise all you are setting yourself up for is losing weight initally and gaining double the weight back in the end!. So just buckle down for one week and after that you will be okay, the transition won't be that hard! Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

To lose weight you need to use more energy (calories) than you consume!. You can do that by 1!. eating less 2!. exercising more or 3!. a combo of both!. If you are inactive and can't exercise then reducing the number of calories you eat is the only way!. Are you sure you don't have time for exercise!? Can you work small amounts of exercise into your day - park at the far end of the parking lot, walk to someone's cubicle to talk to them instead of sending them an email, do some exercises while watching your favorite tv show, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only one way to lose weight, burn more calories than you take in, that means exercise!. Walk on your lunch break, up and down stairs is a great exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it wont work bc if u are already eating less and still getting hungry there is no way u can eat even less to lose weight and not get hungry!.!.!. u need to exercise!.!.!. or u drink lotssss of water before u eat and u wont be that hungryWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't exercise and watch what you eat you can't possibly lose weight!. If it was that easy there wouldn't be so many overweight people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
