Question: My sister is WORRIED!? can any body HELP her!?
u know my sister is so fat she is not just fat she is very fat,and she thinks more than 100 times about her body in a day ,all the time she worry about her body ,!.!.!.!.!.me too i am worried about her!. u know she wasn't fat but on those nearly 4 years she is getting fat so plz if any body knows that how to lose weight plz hlp her ( i mean help me) but it have to be in healthy way like not to be like by eating pills such things like that b/c she didn't like those ways of loosing weight!.!.!.!. plz answer me as fast as u can thanks

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 1-2 hrs a day

3!. drink only water,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!

5!. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your other efforts

6!. get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of cardio available and stick to all that you like

7!. always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too!.!.!.

8!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions

9!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

She should eat healthy foods, drink plenty of water, and excercise at least a half an hour a day, doing something she enjoys!. I'd suggest also not calling her fat to her face, that would probably make her become really self-consious!. 1st of all u need to build up her self confidence!.help her lose weight-let her eat watever she wants to eat nd wenever BUT always in little quantities!.she shud do regular excercise too bt shud never OVERDO anything!.

It is good thing that your sister wants to lose weight!. It will be still better if she strengthen her body muscles too!. Here is the method already tested by me!. It will work wonders if done by your sister seriously!. The details are given below!.

1!. As soon as she get up in the morning, she should start drinking water glass by glass!. Drink as much water as she can with out brushing teeth or cleaning mouth and before going to toilet!. This will kill harmful bacterias inside belly!.
2!. Ask her to sit on her both the feet and do any activity like reading newspaper etc!. Let her start with 5 min and slowly increase up to hrs!.
3!. Ask her to drink minimum 3 liters of water daily!.
4!. She should not use table and chair for eating the meals!. She must sit in the posture as told at sl!. no!.2 above!.
5!. To follow the diet and exercise as per details given at site

well,the ideal answer is exercise and diet!.
If she's very fat,she has to take dieting seriously!.
It doesn't have to be a specific diet,she can start by reducing the amount of food intake!.you can help by monitoring her portions!.
when i started dieting,i used to eat whatever i would on normal days but instead of having the normal portions, i reduced them to 3/4 of the portions!.Once i got used to the 3/4 portions(about 10 days)i reduced it to half the normal portion and so on reducing by 3/4 but never reach zero!! LOL
Anyway i avoided fizzy drinks almost completely,(Until this day,tts been about 3 years)!.If she really felt like having them at any one time,she could have a sip to put her cravings at ease!.Also,no chocolate n desserts,if crazily craving them,just let her taste them!.
Then the exercise part:
she should start walking!.she can start by 10 minutes the first three days if she gets tired very quickly!.then increase to 15 minutes the next two days then 20 minutes,few days at a time until 45 min!. to 1 hour!.she should walk briskly for good results!.music while walkin will encourage her to do so!.
she could put pics of her role models on the fridge door to remind her that it's not worth eating dat pie or so!.

It starts with a complete change of lifestyle!. This would include a consistent, healthy, diet and gradual exercise!. Cut down on greasy and fatty foods and start walking for example!.
It would also be a good idea to consult a nutritionist!. I've heard that it is good to eat a small meal five times a day, each having a different diet necessity!.
Encourage your sister by eating healthy with her and exercising with her!. Another good idea is to drink ALOT of water!. It is a good substitute for food cravings and will make her feel full!.
