ok im 12. i have a lot of tummy fat. i weigh 131 lbs. how do i lose tummy weigh!!!!!!!!???

start with diet. portion control. watch how much you eat and when you eat it. dont eat before you go to bed because all that food just sits in your belly and does nothing. then do some walkin and then running. (remember you have to learn to walk before you run, this applies when exercising too). a 30 minute walk is way better for you than a 5 minute hard run. and stay away from sodas and other sweets, and greasy foods. i guarantee you will lose at least 3-5 pounds by the second week. and the fat will continue to melt off as long as you stick to those rules. soon you will lok in the mirror and be like dang i look awesome.
