Question: How does a 16 yr!. old female lose weight if shes 200!?
yeah i said 16 years old,female, 5'4'',and 200lbs!. i have a body fat percentage of 30%!.!.!.(yeah-yeah i know dont give me that look!.) i'm kickboxing and love it, but no matter how hard i work the punching bag or go to the gym, i still cant lose this stubborn belly fat i have!. oh um and i've been going to the gym for last 2-3months i've never had a proper orientation of what to work on or what to work with, within the gym!. i've been kickboxing for almost 6 months but i'll admit i dont work on it every day or every week!.!.!. can someone help me out here!? please! im true to my word and will do what you say!.!.as long as its not to over dramatic and reasonible!.!.!. thanks for reading!

It's really very simple!.

There are 2 categories of workouts and you only need to focus on one of those for weight loss!. They are:

1!. Resistance training - weight lifting, sit-ups, push-ups, etc!.

2!. Cardiovascular Training
