What do you think of this workout plan?
i want to lose 10 pounds- if i keep this up for 2 months will i get toned up? i want to be a size 1 i'm a 3 now?
Monday: 40 minutes pilates
Tuesday: 30 minutes pilates, 20 minute jog
Wednesday: 20 minutes pilates, 20 minutes yoga
Thursday: 20 minute jog, 20 minutes pilates
Friday: 40 minutes pilates
Saturday: 20 minute job, 20 minutes pilates
Sunday: 30 minutes yoga, 15 minutes pilates
