has anuone tried the toeboe boot camp dvds!? if so can anyone give me an idea of a rutine i can get started with and did u see good results after using it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I tried Tae Bo once or twice!. Billy Blanks became really grating after awhile!. The problem with workout DVDs is that they don't add variety into your workout!.
I'd recommend taking a Tae Bo class from a local gym if you're interested in the program!. An actual teacher can add in variety and let you know if you're doing the moves improperly or if you need to up the difficulty level!.
In the long run, an actual group workout class would be a far better investment than a DVD!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
