Question:

I don't like to eat sometimes; What will keep my metabolism going? A SMALL CHERRY TOMATO?

Sometimes I only feel like eating when I'm hungry, but I also don't want to lower my metabolism, so can I just eat like half an orange or something like that? What's the least food I can eat to keep it a little bit up? I'm 5'5 and weigh 120 --just in case people ask. Please no comments about: 'oh, your so skinny!'

Same here! Since summer's started - eating is absolutely repulsive to me. I even hate eating when I'm hungry because I hate the feel of anything in my stomach (weird, I know.) What I've been doing lately is waking up and eating an apple or some other fruit or vegetable and eating nothing else the rest of the day. But, so my metabolism won't slow down I drink plenty of water along with diet green tea and workout for an hour up to two and a half hours. Even if you eat light (or barely anything) working out for at least thirty minutes makes it impossible to go into starvation mode.
So, to make it simple: a cherry tomato would be good, any fruit or vegetable.
