Will lifting 25 pound weight and 10 pound weights will make me stay short?!


Question: Will lifting 25 pound weight and 10 pound weights will make me stay short!?
Ok, so I lift 25 pound weights 20 reps!. And 10 pound weights 20 reps!. every 3-5 days!. Also do 50 push-ups and 150 sit-ups!. I drink alot of milk and back-off junk food, I also work on my legs alot but i'm only 14!. Will this make me stay short!?

Your still at the age where you havent finished growing yet!.

But you willl have alot of muscle!.
