Okay, so you have probably heard that losing weight boils down to calories consumed to calories burned, right!? Well, that's the gist of it!. Some things that have helped me are finding a way to exercise that I like!. For instance, I love my dogs, so I take them on walks or runs with me!. If you aren't a runner, try swimming!. Wouldn't be caught dead in a suit!? Try bicycling!. Just find something you can enjoy! Like watching TV!? Get a mini trampoline a jump while watching your favorite soaps!. The point is, get active!.

Second, you want to watch what you are eating!. Although it is hard, you want to choose the apple over the cookies!. Yeah, it does suck, but if you want it bad enough, you can do it!. Like you said- your weight IS killing you! So do something about it!.

Third, look for the future!. Know that it is going to be so great to be active, instead of tired all the time!. And you will finally want to get into that suit!. And most of all, you won't be making your body suffer because of your own bad habits!. Remember, we only get this one body!. Do your best to keep it as long as possible! Easiest things you can do!.
1!. Start excerising daily!. Whether its just walking, or the treadmill, WHATEVER! Do SOMETHING to get your heart rate up! 3-5 a week, 20-40 minutes a pop
2!. Lay off your carbs and sugar! If your a soda drinker, NO MORE! I cut soda out of my diet and that ALONE was a HUGE help! Start drinking PLENTY of water 6-8 glasses a day!
3!. Make sure your getting all your main food groups!. Stay away from grease, sugar, carbs!. Dont give UP what you love, but limit it!.
Only you have control to do that!
