raisins are full of sugar and carbs i cant see how they are good for you if you are on a diet if you want to lose wait eat salads and exercise i went from a 36 inch waiste to a 30 inch from last june to now i did it by eating two salads a day in the week and normal meals at the weekend and lots of walking about a hour a day they say a hours brisk walk can burn up to 500 calories or get a cheap old tred mill if you have the spaceWww@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, as they give you a boost of energy, but don't eat TOO much as they are full of sugar!. Same with most fruits - stick to green veg to snack on, as a lot of it is "calorie negative" - helps you to lose weight, and doesn't contain much sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They are also high in iron!. The packaged ones are full of sugar!. But some health food stores sell the natural one!. Maybe some of the bigger stores (grocery) may have them!. I just haven't looked!. Check the calorie content on them!. I dont think they are that high!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yes, they're very good when you're on a diet!. well, if you don't eat ten packs at a time!. nuts and dried fruits in general are what normal people snack on when on a diet!. but remember, another trick is to eat slowly and eat small portions, and drink lots of water!.
