Question: What would you recommend to gain weight!?
Im a 31 yr male!.!.weight 61!.5kgs !.!.!.Pretty Athletic!.!.I work-out and swim pretty often!.!.!.While I used to be pretty muscular ealier!.!.I have lost over 10kgs!.!.!.Also I am not looking to be extremely muscular just need to bulk up abt 7 kgs!.!.!.and I prefer not having to take whey supplements!.!.!.They just make me bloat!.!.!.!.What kind of diet would you guys recommend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating the right food is the most important part when gaining weight!. Try to stay away from candy, fizzy drinks and alchohol as they only make you gain weight at the wrong spots of your body!. Eating enough food at all the meals and getting enough sleep is also important!. Instead of taking whey supplements, I'd suggest making a shake which gives you most of what your body need!. l was in same position just like you and my trainer suggested me not eating whatever l find because its more dangerous for your body !.!. so l think going gym and working by machines might give you the kilo you lost!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
