Reveal the truth and help the people!?
Do weight loose products really work or is it just a big/huge scam? do they just lie to the people and say that "you will loose 30 pounds in 2 weeks" , what is going with the world today?
There is this New weight loose products callled "alli" i heard it does work and if you take it before every meal you will still loose alot of weight.
im going back to my home country in three weeks and i really want to loose at least 10 to 15 pounds before i go.
Can someone please help me with this issue?

It works only combined with a low-fat diet and exercise program, and you should compare the extreme side effects with the expected result: "In the 16-week study, low-dose Xenical patients on average lost 5 percent of their baseline weight while those receiving a placebo but following the same diet guidelines on average lost 3.3 percent. "
To me, the "boost" the pill supposedly adds to the diet & exercise isn't enough to make the side effects worth it.
