Eating habits...............?!


Question:

Eating habits...............?

Anyone find them selves just continually eating for the sake of it - sort of boredum eating? And then carrying on. Yes - pretty much binging!?!?!
I'm going to get soo fat! Any ideas on how to cut back!?

Stop!!!
When you wake up have a healthy SMALL breakfast:
orange juice, cornflakes or toast.
At lunch, have a big meal:
consisting of meat, salad and other stuff whatever you choose.
In the afternoon if you're hungry you could have biscuits, toast, a fruit or yoghurt and drink something like milk or tea.
Try eating dinner at 6 and not later than 9.
When you're bored go out and find something to do, don't eat, you really are going to get fat, and losing weight is not easy. So I advise you to eat about 4 times a day so that you're not left hungry.
