What happned?!


Question: What happned!?
I saw a nutritionist !.!.she told me to eat meals that were the size of my fist!. She said it was the size of my stomach!. She told me to eat what was on the pyramids of foods!.!.!.eat different colors of food for different benefits!. However now have acid reflux symptoms at night!.!.!. I feel nervous, not enough energy, if cut!.!. i bleed for a long time!.!.menstruation is way more painful, I've resorted to vitamins and feel as if i have gotten addicted to ensure!.!.!.!.craving milk and/or cheese cake like products!.!. especially cottage cheese!.
Any suggestions!?!.!.How do i stop the all night heart burn!.!.!!?
ps!.!. I'm not starving at night!.!. I've had small meals at night in attempts stave off the burn!.!. and it still hurts!Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
The lack of energy, bleeding, nervousness and more painful menstruation leads me to believe that you are lacking in Iron and possibly B vitamins!. Are you eating any lean meats or other foods that are high in B vitamins and iron!? I honestly think that would be a good start!. You can always take a B Complex vitamin, it won't hurt you because whatever your body doesn't use is excreted in your urine!. Iron is a bit trickier and I wouldn't supplement it without a doctor's supervision!.

Also I found a list of foods that cause heartburn, and Cottage cheese is on there!. You may be craving milk and dairy products because you may not be getting enough calcium in your diet!. My doctor always told me that when I was craving a certain type of food it usually meant that I my body was lacking in the particular vitamins that the food provided!.

Personally I would try to stay away from the cottage cheese and find a good calcium supplement with vitamin D (vitamin D helps you absorb the calcium)

Try taking Tums, Pepcid AC or something for the heartburn in the mean time and I highly recommend that you even out your diet a bit more and cut out the cottage cheese and the ensure!. If you are eating properly using the food pyramid, you should be getting enough protein and vitamins without having to resort to ensure!.

I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting!. I can recommend one to you and I will post a link to my blog where I talk about issues like these at the bottom!.

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.

You may not be eating enough calories for the day!. You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day!. 1500 calories a day would be healthy if you are trying to lose weight!. YOu need to incorporate, non fat dairy, handfull of seeds or nuts, veggies, fruits, whole grains, and green tea in your diet everyday to!. Not just fruits and veggies!. Dairy is very important because its full of calcium and protiens that are important in breaking down fats!. And vitamin d!. It does sound like you are starving for certain nutrients!. Thats why you are craving milk and ensure!. Go t o the doctor and he can prescribe nexium for the heart burn!. And maybe even talk to him about your diet and why you may be developing heart burn and these cravings!. It could be from the vitamins you are taking, especially if you are taking them on an empty stomach!. But he would know for sure!. And if you are craving cottage cheese, then eat it!. Here is the method that will let you out of the present problem!. The details are given below!.
