What are protein shakes good for?!


Question: What are protein shakes good for!?
im currently trying to lose stomach and arm fat and get woman abs!.!. (cause i am a woman lol) !.!.!. will protein shakes help with this!? do they contribute to weight or do they help build abs!? do they taste good!? wat about protein bars!? which is more useful!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

they are just dried milk!.!.!. look up whey!.!.!. go do a search on it and find out what it is!.!.!. it's milk protein!. milk protein is part whey and part casein!.!.!. whey is absorbed and digested a bit faster than casein, and it's cheaper!. they just take the lactose out, take the fat out, smack some flavoring in there, and jack up the price!. that's it!.
let's say a scoop of protein has 24 grams of protein!.!.!.
a chicken breast has 24 grams of protein!.!.!.
will eating 24 grams of whey protein magically be better than eating chicken!? no!.!.!. it's just more convenient!.!.!. you're at work, there's no microwave, you can't bring food in!.!.!. just get a shaker bottle, fill it with water, and dump some whey protein in there and you got your protein in a cup! that tastes like chocolate! convenient! that's it!
it won't help keep your strength up or anything!.!.!.
if you eat 4 scoops of whey protein per day (i should've said drink)!.!.!. that's around 100 grams of protein (roughly if a scoop of protein has 24 grams protein)!.!.!. you will not gain as much strength or get as much muscle (if you work out with weights CORRECTLY) as you will if you only ate chicken, eggs, lean beef, and fish for your protein sources and ate 100 grams of protein from those sources or more!.

most bodybuilders only use protein shakes for convenience, or if they have to take in 350-400 grams of protein, it'll be kind of hard to eat 100 egg whites everyday!.!.!. not to mention the other 400 grams of carbs, and fats we have to eat!.!.!.

The protein shake is supposed to be a low-carb meal substitute, mostly used by people who are bodybuilding!. In my experience they don't taste very good!.
You are better off eating foods that aren't heavily processed, like eggwhites, fresh fruit, nuts, and fresh vegetables!. Not only will there be more variety in your diet, it will be tastier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

they just help with muscle buildup if you do a lot of exercising but they won
