everyone is unique -

there are averages for weights, but no "set" weight, no weight you SHOULD be!. it also depends on gender, and what sorts of things you are into!. It depends on DNA, it depends on YOU!.

Also, teenagers weights shift A LOT and their in the WACK! for example, I was 100 pounds in the morning, then 103 by bedtime!. Some weeks im 106, sometimes i'm 99!.

Teenagers are basically the years that a child grows into an adult!. Weight, isn't really going to be anything you can control!.

There is on "Ideal" weight!.

depends on your hieght if your 4'9-5'2 or 3 then 100 pounds and thats like not including muscle so if ur active then probably 100 pounds to about 115 to 120 pounds cuz thats how my friend is and she is skinny well a litttle chubby but she is like normal size u know!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

They say height is proportional to your height, but I think that's just to calculate if you're like technically obese!. The way I see it, if you're too skinny or too fat, you'll know it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
