Question: Anyone know a way to get nice, strong legs!?!?
i know theres the obvious things like running and the ellliptical machine but wat im rly looking for is kind of like a schedule thing!. for exp!. if u have a routine or technique that you use/used i wuld like to knw!.!.!.
EXP: run for half an hour 3 days a week
--i did this and in a month my legs were strong and nice and i continued to do this and am still doing this to keep them lookng great!

calf raises and squats!.
for the squats one method i find very useful is spending a FULL 20 seconds going down into a squat, hold the squat for 4 FULL seconds, and then back up for a FULL 20 seconds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

calf raises!.!.Just stand as tall as you can on your tippy toes, and keep doing that!. It should really help build strong calvesWww@Answer-Health@Com
