I think it sounds like you know what you are doing, and Congrats on the weight loss!. I work out a lot too and I have noticed I am exhausted after wards, I think I burning more then I eat, which is my goal for right now till I get to my target weight!. But the next day I feel great!.

Make sure you are getting enough sleep at night, and eating the right types of food for your busy work out regime!. You could also try drinking a protein shake after your work out, it is good for you and your muscles!. Also drink as much water as you possibly can, even when you are not thirsty!. Do plenty of stretching both before and after working out!.

Remember to always give yourself a day off, to enjoy yourself!Www@Answer-Health@Com

for every pound on your body is four pounds of stress and force on your joints and muscle, so you have around 500 somethin pounds of stress acting on your legs and joints when you work out hard, and the damage is showing so that is why you have less energy!. you need a stricter diet, like 1200 calories a day, to lose weight fast and lighten up on the exercise until you reach a healthy weight, or you will have terrible joint problems when your older like arthritis and chronic pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to take a break - you're overdoing it!. You should take at least 1 day off each week!.

Also make sure you're eating enough to keep up with your activity!. If you eat 1500 calories a day and burn 500 through exercise, that's not enough to live on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body changes working out shocked it and gave it lots and lots of energy plus you were burning fat now its a regular thing so you need to "shock" it again so you can lose more weight and have more energy your body adapts!Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body is really tired because it needs time to recover and rest before becoming active again!. Maybe because your body is different than some of those other women, you have to rest more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow doing cardio for more than an hour !.!.that also every day!.!.!.thats too much!.!.!.slow down!. Tou should never do cardio more than the max of 45 mins a day!.!.!.becasuse cardio depletes you of energy from strenth and resistance traing !.!.!.ask any personal trainor in your gym no cardio for more than 45 mins!.!.!.also i would suggest you to do it 3-4 times a day not every day!. Your body is not getting a chance to recover!. After your workout especially i think u workout for long time in a day!.!.!. your glycogen reserves reach minimal !.!.!.which means the blood sugar level drops dramatically!.!.!.means less energy release!. Please consult someone to make you a plan I seriously think you are over doing it!.Eat carbs and protein within 1 hour of workout to replenish yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com
